ELS Construction will schedule a punch-list and methodically distinguish any discrepancies between objectives and results and correct any issues to the client’s satisfaction. Due to our close relationships with property managers, building engineers and inspection authorities, closeout is a structured process that moves quickly. Additionally, ELS Construction’s post-construction service produces a final Certificate of Occupancy upon project completion.
